# Delete / Cancel PR

## Berikut Langkah Langkah Delete Purchase Request

Requirement form purchase request yang masih bisa di delete / cancel : 

* Status form purchase request pending 
* Status periode transaksi, masih open 
* Memiliki akses edit form purchase request <br>

1. **Pastikan anda sudah login pada aplikasi ERP**
2. Pilih Menu *<mark style="color:violet;">**Purchasing -> Goods Purchase**</mark>*
3. Pilih *<mark style="color:violet;">**Purchase Requesition**</mark>*
4. Cari form PR yang akan di cancel -> Klik simbol 🛠️ -> *<mark style="color:red;">**Cancel Form**</mark>*

5. Muncul permission dan masukkan password untuk bisa cancel form
