# Sales Quotation

Berikut langkah-langkah input Sales Quotation

1. **Pastikan anda sudah login pada aplikasi ERP**
2. Pilih Menu *<mark style="color:violet;">**Sales**</mark>***&#x20;** -> *<mark style="color:violet;">**Goods Sales**</mark>*

2. Pilih *<mark style="color:violet;">**Sales Quotation**</mark>*

3. Klik tombol *<mark style="color:violet;">**Create**</mark>* -> **Isikan data** pada form sales quotation -> *<mark style="color:violet;">**SUBMIT**</mark>*

* **Required Date** : Untuk menambahkan tanggal barang akan dijual&#x20;
* **Customer :** Pilih nama customer&#x20;
* **Notes** : Untuk menambahkan catatan bila diperlukan
* **Item** : Untuk menambahkan jenis barang yang akan dijual
* **Allocation** : Untuk mengkategorikan penjualan
* **Quantity** :  Untuk menambahkan jumlah quantity yang akan dijual
* **Price** : Untuk mengisi harga barang yang akan dijual
* **Discount** : Untuk memasukkan % potongan harga apabila ada
* **Tax Incuded / Excluded** : Pilih apabila ada pajak
* **Request Approval To :** Untuk mengisi nama atasan yang menyetujui

Setelah **klik submit**, Status approval menjadi Pending. System akan mengirimkan request approval pada orang yang diassign.

Berikut Jenis Status Approval :&#x20;

* Approved : Form Sales Quotation telah disetujui&#x20;
* Pending  : Form Sales Quotation dalam proses review&#x20;
* Rejected : Form Sales Quotation ditolak oleh atasan&#x20;

4. Klik tab *<mark style="color:violet;">**Request Approval**</mark>* -> ☑ form SQ -> *<mark style="color:violet;">**Send Request**</mark>*

Sales Quotation yang telah di SUBMIT dan status masih PENDING masih bisa di edit / cancel apabila ada perubahan / kesalahan input data.
